How do I join the beta?
Sonik is currently in TestFlight beta on iOS. Fill out the beta signup form and we'll send you a TestFlight invite by email.
I signed up but the verification email never arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first — invites sometimes land there. If it still hasn't shown up after a few minutes, double-check that you entered the right email on the signup form, then reach out to support and we'll resend it.
A link didn't open the app
Links to tracks, artists, albums, and playlists only open the app if Sonik Music is already installed on an iPhone or iPad. If you're on desktop or don't have the app yet, the link will show a page with a button to open the app and a link to join the beta instead. If you do have the app installed and a link still doesn't open it, try reinstalling the app or opening it manually first.
How do I open Sonik Music if I already have it installed?
Use the “Open Sonik Music” button on the homepage or in the navigation above. It launches the app directly via the sonik:// link. Nothing happens automatically on desktop — the button only opens the app when tapped on a device that has it installed.
How do I request artist verification?
Sign up through the beta signup form and select that you're joining as an artist. From there, verify your account in the app and email support@sonikmusic.techdendc.com with links to your existing music or social profiles so we can confirm it's really you.
How do beta upgrades work?
Sonik is rolled out in waves during the beta. As we open up new features — like additional Pro+ perks or artist tools — testers are upgraded automatically inside the app, no reinstall needed. Beta testers always get first access to new features as they ship.

Use the tester form to report bugs or feedback, or email us directly at support@sonikmusic.techdendc.com.
How do I advertise with Sonik Music?
Visit our Advertise With Us page and send us a few details about your campaign — we'll follow up by email.
